You can now receive new listings on your desktop! Can this be? Yes it can, with MLS PropertyFinder's newest feature, MLS Property Messenger. The messenger has eyes and searches for your New Listings, Price Changes, Back on Markets and sends them to your desktop the minute they become available!




How to install MLS Property Messenger:

  • Download (1.1mb)

  • Important: Use your homeseeker email address and password
  • Important: Works only with Windows 98, ME, NT3.0, 2000, XP and 2003
  • Do one of the following:
    • To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location (recommended).
    • To copy the download to your computer
      for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen
  • Fill in your email and password for MLS PropertyFinder
  • Click Sign on
